- State-of-the-art marketing of your apartment via our online booking portal and additionally via the DDK system (Destination Davos Klosters) – including a presentation with a professional, interactive 3D video.
- A website login so you have access to all data concerning your apartment at any time.
- Professionally managed accounting and payout of income each spring and autumn.
- If required, we also pay the invoices relating to your apartment.
- Automatic reporting of the rented weeks to the local tourism organisation – to reduce your flat-rate guest tax.
- Your own use takes priority and is possible at any time.
