Based on Article 13 of the Swiss Federal Constitution and the federal data protection provisions (Data Protection Act, DSG), everyone has the right to protection of their privacy and protection against misuse of their personal data. We comply with these provisions. Personal data is treated in strict confidence and is neither sold nor passed on to third parties.
What data is collected when visiting the website?
When you visit our website, we store access data (server log files) such as date, time, requested file and provider. This data does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about your person.
Data collection during contract processing
Personal data is only collected when you voluntarily provide it to us as part of a booking, contact request or account registration. Processing is carried out exclusively for the execution of the contract.
Newsletter & email communication
When you subscribe to the newsletter, we use your email address exclusively to send our information. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Use of cookies
Our website uses technically necessary and functional cookies (e.g. for login, language selection and display preferences) as well as – only with your explicit consent – Google Analytics for anonymised statistics (IP anonymisation enabled). Without consent, Google Analytics is not loaded. You can withdraw your consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer. For maps we use OpenStreetMap and for payments Stripe; these third-party providers may set their own cookies. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser at any time.
